Professional team of trainers
The goal of the professional team of trainers at Berkeley Professionals is not to teach ESL, like at a traditional language school. Instead, we use English to teach business communication skills for a variety of industries.
The team is composed of former businesspeople with experience on the frontlines of industry in each of their countries. After entering Berkeley Professionals they underwent thorough training in order to provide customized training that suits the needs of each participant. We are committed to providing you and your staff with trainers and training that will meet and exceed your needs and expectations.
The most suitable plan for each customer
At Berkeley Professionals, our training schedules are arranged around the needs of you and your staff. Start times and finish times can be as flexible as required and training days can be arranged for maximum flexibility. Training can be held at our offices or on-site at your workplace.
Prior to training, we interview each participant and ask them to complete an English language questionnaire to assess their English level and to learn how they currently use English at work, and how they intend to use English in the future, what they believe their weak points to be, and what goals they personally have for the training.
Through these interviews and written questionnaires, the trainer will devise a training program that corresponds with the clients’ and the participants’ work situations and objectives.
